Other GTA 6 Weapons

The following are other weapons-related features that have been confirmed or leaked for Grand Theft Auto VI:

1. More advanced drive-bys: shoot from windows or truck beds using rifles.
2. You can shoot while swimming.
3. New underfire animation reacts to different weapons; another is called “overdose.”
4. Redesigned weapon wheel like RDR2—switch between weapons, gear, and items using R1/RB.
5. Limited loadout: only 2 rifles and 2 pistols can be carried; extras go in vehicle trunks.
6. No dual wielding—only one weapon at a time.
7. Weapons can be dropped, and pickup animations are included.
8. You can swap shooting hands (left or right).
9. Some weapons/items marked as “Shared”—may hint at shared inventory between protagonists.
10. You can carry a duffel bag, likely for loot or gear.
11. Extra slots exist for painkillers, health kits, and armor.
12. NPCs react if your weapon is out—Jason/Lucia hide it in crowded areas.
